Product Overview
A fitted half zip long sleeve top developed for brands that are building out a layering piece in their own colour and trim direction.
The style pairs a stand-up collar with a short front zip, so the neckline can be worn closed or opened up. Raglan sleeves run from the collar to the underarm and finish in long fitted cuffs, which leaves the shoulder area free for print or embroidery placement. The body is cut close through the waist and ends in a straight hem at the hip, with a flat front panel and no pocket interrupting the line. The reference sample is shown in pink, white and black, and the same pattern can be developed in a buyer’s own fabric, colour and label package. Development runs through a gym wear manufacturing programme with sampling before bulk.

Half zip stand-up collar
The front zip stops at the upper chest, so the collar stands closed at the neck or folds open above the zip stop.
Raglan sleeve construction
The sleeve seam runs diagonally from the collar to the underarm instead of sitting on top of the shoulder.
Fitted body, straight hem
The pattern is taken in through the waist and finishes in a flat hem that sits at the hip.
Clean front panel
No chest pocket and no centre front seam, which keeps the panel flat for logo placement.

Fabric selection
Composition, weight and handfeel are set against the buyer brief. Swatches and lab dips are prepared for approval through our fabric selection service.
Colour development
The reference sample is shown in pink, white and black. Custom colourways are matched to the approved swatch before bulk.
Logo and label options
Chest logo lock-up, woven neck label and care label follow the buyer artwork. A private label programme covers artwork handling, placement and trim matching.
Size grading and fit
Grading follows the buyer size chart, and fit adjustments are reviewed on the first sample rather than assumed from the reference.
